Saw

A saw is an instrument comprising of a hard sharpened steel, wire, or chain with a toothed edge. It is utilized to slice through generally hard material, frequently wood. The cut is made by setting the toothed edge against the material and moving it commandingly here and there and then here again. This energy may be connected by hand, or fueled by steam, water, power or other force source. An abrasive saw has a controlled roundabout razor sharp edge intended to slice through metal.

Wording

•           heel: The end closest to the handle.
•           toe: The end most distant from the handle.
•           front: The side with the teeth (the "lowest part edge").
•           back: The side inverse the front (the "top edge").
•           teeth: Small, sharp projections along the cutting side of the saw.
